Cleaning Technology Robot Vacuum: Why I choose Dreame F9 over Mijia 1C?

Don’t get me wrong, these two brand under Xioami were equally good. At first, I’m planning on buying the Xioami Mijia 1C after reading all good review. Then, I find out about Dreame F9 at Shopee during their shocking sale which Dreame F9 are also in sale. Then I googled about it and lead me this article in titled "Dreame F9: First vacuum robot of the Xiaomi daughter is 8 cm flat". Also, thanks to this awesome website named Smartrobotreviews.com the comparison table was very helping and I've decided to buy Dreame F9 instead Xiaomi. I included the comparison table below and bold the difference between two of them for reference.

The price of Mijia 1C are RM100 cheaper then the Dreame F9 but is it worth spending one hundred ringgit more to buy the Dreame F9? Let see.
Based on the table, Dreame F9 cleaning area cover 40m² more than the Mijia. It's because the battery capacity are bigger than the Mijia make the run time for the robot are longer. This advantage make the Dreame F9 suitable for large home. Not just that, it's has no mop zones and carpet boost which restrict the robot from going into certain area while the mopping pad is in place, when the mopping pad is not attached, the robot will vacuum over it like normal. While for the carpet booster is when the robot detect a carpet, it will automatically increase the suction power to vacuum the carpet.
Now in my opinion, spending a hundred more on buying a robot vacuum is worth if you have large home with carpet. But if you just have small or average home with no carpet, the Mijia 1C are good enough and you can save a hundred. Both are good.
I bought
my Dreame F9 during shocking sale at RM799, minus RM30 (redeem shopee coins),
minus RM5 shipping cost (I only paid 51 cent) and the last price I paid was
RM769.51. But if I minus the cashback/shopee coins I earned (RM79.90) the price
is just RM689.61. Very bargain! Cheaper than the Mijia 1C.
